    Calculation details
    Assumptions
    • Sessions per month = sessions per week × working weeks ÷ 12.
    • Micro-enterprise: social contributions 21.2% + training levy 0.3% of revenue (2026 rates, BIC craft services). VAT exemption up to €37,500 annual revenue; above that, 20% VAT is charged on sessions and recoverable on purchases (device, consumables, maintenance). Micro-enterprise ceiling: €83,600 (2026-2028).
    • Company / standard regime: 20% VAT collected and recovered on the device, consumables and maintenance. Profit shown is before corporate tax and owner pay.
    • SmartDepil instalment plan: 60% deposit on order, then the remaining 40% in 3 or 4 equal monthly payments, interest-free. Payback time takes this payment schedule into account.
    • Device prices: SmartDepil catalogue prices incl. VAT (Founder price available as an option). For a company, or a micro-enterprise above the VAT exemption threshold, the VAT on the device is recovered: its real cost is then the price excl. VAT.
    • Session price ranges in France: laser hair removal €50-85 (underarms) to €270-350 (full legs), 8 to 10 sessions per client; EMS €80-200 (€150-200 in Paris); vacuum roller contouring €60-150; cryolipolysis €150-250 per area; RF microneedling €150-300.

Indicative estimate, before income/corporate tax, owner pay and salon fixed costs (rent, staff). Micro-enterprise contributions (21.2% + 0.3% training levy) and VAT (20%) are applied according to your status. Not a contractual commitment: a SmartDepil advisor will refine this calculation with you.
